Cedar Creek Kayak Trip

On August 8th we took a trip down Cedar Creek located in Double Trouble State Park, Ocean County, NJ.
I was a great day to kayak with perfect weather and warm water. we started about 9 am in the morning and finished at 2:30 PM.

It was a great time for everyone.

Bamber Lake Kayaking Trip

On August 7th we kayaked and fished Bamber Lake in Ocean County, NJ

Not even a bite to report, then again we went late in the day

On August 6th we kayaked Tom's River in Ocean County NJ.

Tuesday, August 5, 2008

Some photo's of the fleet. Both kayaks are made by "Ocean Kayak" The red is a "Caper" and the orange is a "Prowler Big Game. The water in the background is Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey. Lake Hopatcong is our home base for all our kayaking adventures.

The kayaks shot from the front appear vastly difference in size. The red "Caper" is 11 feet long but seems so much smaller then the 13 foot "Prowler".
